Setting up an account

Creating an account

  • Go to isurv WorkSmart and click Register an account now.
  • Fill in your details and click Create account.
  • Check your email account; there should be an email from isurv Worksmart with an activation link. Click the link.
  • Fill in the additional details required and click Register.
  • You will be logged into isurv WorkSmart, and taken to the form manager, where you can start creating new forms.

Logging in and logging out

To log into your account:

  • Go to isurv WorkSmart and enter your email address and password you chose when setting up the account.
  • Click Log in.

To log out of your account:

  • Click Options and then Log out.

Please note: Long periods of inactivity on the system may result in a lost connection between your session and the database which can cause saving issues. Always log out and back into the system if you have left your browser inactive for more than 1 hour.

All users should have their own login details and not share with colleagues. Sharing details can lead to users overwriting the work of a colleague by accident. For more information on inviting colleagues to use the site please see People.

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password:

  • Go to isurv WorkSmart and click I forgot my password.
  • Enter the email address you used to create your account and press Submit.
  • Check you email account; there should be an email with a link and a code. Follow the instructions in the email. If you don't receive the email, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still can't find it, please contact customer services.
  • Click on the link, enter a new password, enter it again in the Confirm password box, then in the Security code box enter the code from the email.
  • Click Reset.

You will now be able to log in to the site using the new password. Use the Sign in now link to get back to the login page.
